AT&T internet super slow, what can I do?

Hello I have an old 2WIRE gateway and these passed few months it’s just gotten soooo slow and we’re paying about +$60 just for internet. We have 3 phones and 2 laptops and the videos are always buffering and pages take awhile to load. I’ve been thinking about just canceling my whole account and getting a new one with the $40 plan and a new gateway. But should I try upgrading my service? I assume I’d have to pay more money and keep my gateway which is old.

old 2WIRE gateway

Use the MyAtt app or website to create a repair ticket. Those old gateways NEED to be replaced. Retentions can help you move your account to the new billing structure. Cancelling your account and ordering new service will only cause you problems.

Thank you! I have a technician coming in on Friday and hopefully it fixes the problem!
