Corsair Void Pro Wireless problem

Again, I am here on this subreddit with yet ANOTHER problem with my corsair headset. I turned the headset off because the RGB bothered me while I slept. I woke up and the headset is seemingly dead (was on the charger all night.) And it will not turn on. I have tried to follow bootloader steps but it says that the USB is not connected (which it is). Any help is appreciated.

I want to mention that I have never had any of these kinds of problems with any other brand of headset before. Either I am all of the sudden unlucky or this is just bad manufacturing on behalf of corsair.

This will be my second time returning a headset to best buy in a week. I will leave it on the charges again tonight but I do not think it will help. Don't think I'll be buying any more corsair headsets in the future.

I know with the Void Pros, it should give an orange light while charging. Are you seeing this at all? I would say attempt on a different computer and see if you get the charging indicator.

As I said the headset is off. I cannot turn it on and I cannot force update as it says I need to have it plugged in when it already is. But yes I did try and no I did not.

If you hooked it up to a different computer and didn't see the charging light, I bet it's either a bad cable or a bad port on the headset. Easiest way to test this would be with a different cable and see if the charging light turns on. If it doesn't, I would request another exchange at Best Buy.

Did that too. Yeah, I'm probably going to exchange it. Again. Really getting pissed with this.

Were the issues you had with the prior headset similar or something different? If your other headsets had this exact same issue, were you using the same USB port to charge them? One possibility is a bad USB port - but that's just another theory.

No, my first one had a defective battery and wouldn't turn on at all. This one has worked since I returned the old one last Saturday.

I gotcha, that's super odd man. I hope the replacement works out.
