I really like the flavor of this. I would think about adjusting a few things.

Does the 14th level feature,

You can not enter a Primal Rage if you are already raging normally.

mean that you do not get the normal Rage benefits i.e. resistance to B,P,S damage? If you get the double hit points instead of your resistance, then I think this is pretty balanced. Essentially you are getting the Bear Totem's 3rd level feature plus resistance to Psychic damage which is fine by me. If so, you could just say you gain resistance to all damage. If you keep your resistance and gain double hit points, I think its over powered. If this was your intention I would consider the 1/4 restriction or the Rage Beyond Death feature

I'm assuming the 3rd level feature is like the Half Orc menacing feature, correct? This seems really underpowered to me. I would possibly use something like the UA Feats for Skills version of Menacing (maybe this is what you intended)?

  • You gain proficiency in the Intimidation skill. If you are already proficient in the skill, you add double your proficiency bonus to checks you make with it.

  • When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can replace one attack with an attempt to demoralize one humanoid you can see within 30 feet of you that can see and hear you. Make a Charisma (Intimidation) check contested by the target’s Wisdom (Insight) check. If your check succeeds, the target is frightened until the end of your next turn. If your check fails, the target can’t be frightened by you in this way for 1 hour.

This feature would, however, step all over the normal 10th level Intimidating Presence benefit but so does the UA Feat . Not really the best option. You could nerf the second bullet point by limiting its use ... or have your Primal Rage inspire your allies and allow them to do Reckless Attacks for one turn or something like that??

I'm not an expert in D&Dised verbiage, so I'm not sure if the 6th level feature needs any clarification, but it does need something like, "As an action, you may place a barrier of spiritual energy ..."
