Hi! My name is furgots, a working professional in the field of natural resources (specializing in education nd communication), and I created this subreddit as a place to share links and have discussions related to phenology: the study of cyclic and seasonal natural phenomena (especially in relation to climate and plant and animal life), an field of study that grows more important in the face of ever-increasing environmental change.

Anyone is welcome to subscribe - and if you feel so inclined, don't be afraid to use this thread to introduce yourself, share resources you would consider "required reading" for both beginners and authorities, ask questions, or expound on your "vision" for this subreddit.

Thank you, and check back soon for updates.
